Secretary of Veterans Affairs Bob McDonald Discusses Leadership


Bob McDonald is not a person to shy away from a challenge. Recently confirmed as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, he is working to regain the public’s trust in an agency which has faced tough scrutiny. McDonald started his new role with a listening tour to understand the needs of those served by the VA and says the VA must remain a “customer service organization.”
