Do you do meal prep videos? Thanks for this, I so enjoy watching you. I like that you go to Walmart too, because in my small town, that's about all we have.
The only decor I have for the front porch is a orange mum with a ceramic pumpkin in the planter. The corner is a curbside trash find that goes perfect with my original idea of a haybail, pumpkins, ect. I found a black chair with worn paint (looks primative) that seen is for sitting. LoL. Might put a scaracrow on it.

Great video! I had LOL on the 90s. We are still in the 90s too. Although last week was the 70s. But this week the 90s came right back! Can't wait to see the other videos this week

Today is taco something lol probably salad bowls and a burger for hubby and I’ll cheat and make him the wal mart potato wedges ($2.00 a bag) they are really good. But we love, love your potato wedges recipe. And may do that one day this week. We tried on Saturday tomato Bruschetta with our cherry tomatoes from our plants that I didn’t take very good care of lol and an amazing yellow tomato we was able to find still. Got the idea from Julie Julia movie. As he was eating it he made it look so good. I didn’t have basil so I just used a little Italian seasoning and this was amazing. I did top ours with feta cheese because i needed to use it up. We had it with some pulled pork. We do plan to have again this week with jalapeño cheese dogs! Carol
It's been in the 90's here in Northern VA too. Can't wait for the end of the week when we should start seeing cooler temps. I am so ready for fall!

Haha….we are back in the 90's this week, but last week we got to 85 and I made soup!! The first of the season!! I live in Arizona….so it is very similar to TX….but you get a lot more rain! I need to move to Texas!

I live 90 miles north west from Ft Worth and it's been so hot here also. Even though it will still be in the 80's this week the nights are supposed to get into the 60's starting tomorrow so that means chili weather!! Lol! Seems like that's what all Texans say when the temperature gets into the 60's! Haha! Can't wait!
Our temps have been in the 90s for about 5 days which we are not used to for end of September. Then it's suppose to be a 30 degree drop in the middle of next week. That will be quite a shock to us.

It was so hot today I went swimming. Anyway, my WalMart has greatly reduced their selection of Barilla pasta. They do not carry ANY protein pastas. Oh, they also don't carry Diet Sprite in the bottles…only the cans.
Simply lemonade is so yummy! My favorite is their blueberry one. Just so tasty!
I want to try the chicken swiss bake. I'm in Southern Utah, close to Vegas, and we seem to be in our cool down phase. We've dropped to around 70 degrees. The weather here is only perfect for like 4-6 weeks a year (if you ask me!) and the rest is either too hot or too cold. This Summer was pretty mild for us because it was much more tolerable than in years past. Which likely means Summer 2018 will be unbearably hot. 🙂

Shelly, I know how you feel about the heat. I am in Southwest Louisiana and it is still so hot here. I have to try that chicken recipe you showed with the swiss cheese. I always love your meal plan and you give me great ideas and recipes. I am holding myself back this year with the mums. They are so pretty and I always want to buy them but they do not last long for me I guess because I do not plant them into something else. Hope Emily and Andy and you are doing well. Hey, it's been in the 90's for the last week in Chicago, too!
90 degrees way up here in Western NY. I've had the air on more in the last couple days than all summer, I think.
90 degrees here in TN as well!
Out front I have 3 bales of hay and in one I stake down a scarecrow and then place pumpkins around and on the hay. We also have a Snoopy blow up and orange lights around the main window. Then my 3 stacked pumpkin door decoration. We had lovely fall weather last week and are back to 90s this week.
It all sounds good! I haven't meal planned this week, but at least I do have a plan for tonight. Have you ever tried Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers? I found the recipe a few years ago when I was doing low carb, and even though I fell off that bandwagon, I still make it regularly because they're so yummy. You might want to try it!
It has been so hot and humid here in the Upper Midwest so I haven't decorated for fall yet. I did buy a mum and pumpkin this past weekend for outside but it is just to hot to put it out as of yet! Thanks for sharing and good luck to your band this week!
